What do we do?

Gold City Video is a pop-up business centered around VHS and retro video equipment and memorabilia collection. We are the guardians of treasures and relics of the recent past, and your one-stop-shop for everything 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, and more!

Who are we?

The mastermind behind Gold City Video is Goldsboro’s Beecher Britt, who began collecting tapes at a young age and started Gold City Video when the world shut down at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite a relocation to Raleigh, GCV hasn’t let up, and is always expanding its repertoire of cult classics, family favorites, and bone-chilling thrillers.
